What artwork formats can you accept ?

We prefer .jpg format, but we accept the following : .jpeg, .zip, .eps, .pdf, .bmp, .ai, .gif, .tif with a size limit of 2 MB.

1. How do I place an order?

Simply click on the "order/login" button or click here. You must set up an account first. Once you fill in all the info, you simply add the size of your required finished design, answera few application questions, such as fabric type, cap or flat, etc. Then upload the design and you're good to go.

2. How do I request a quote?

You can click on Quotes in the main menu or you can click here . We do not charge for providing quotes, the estimates will be sent to you by email within 2 (two) business days.

4. What is your turn around time ?

Most designs will be finished within 12-24 hours and many within 4-6 hours. We have several digitizers that work overnight, meaning you can send your artwork before you leave work or even from home late in the night and many times arrive to work in the morning with finished digitized files in your in box. All orders will be finished within 2 days guaranteed. If you require 24 hour service, be sure to click on the 24-hour option once you’ve logged on.

5. Do you have any test designs?

Sure! Our sample designs will remove any doubt of the quality digitizing you’ll find at stitch27.com.
Click on the “Free embroidery designs” button and then chose the sample designs to test on your embroidery machines.

6. How do I receive my ordered designs?

After you log in, you will get to the order list. In this list, you can open the order that you’re looking for & click on the download button for the file you wish to download.

For instance, if we know that you will be putting a particular design on a ready cap, we digitize it using the “center-out” method to ensure perfect reproduction. To top it we also sewtest it on a ready cap We use a three stage system that checks all the possible defects that can occur in color changes, trims, densities or as per your requirements. 17. Do you run swatches of the designs before you send them to me?

Yes, we sew out each design (maybe even twice) till we are convinced that it will sew fast & look Great
