Customer registers with us on our site in the register page, in case you need us to automatically capture payment, please set up an account with us by going to the account set up page.

Customer Places an order:
After credit details are received and confirmed. customer can send orders through our order form page. We strongly suggest that you use our online order form as your design will then be archived and always accessible to you for the next 5 years.

Automatic order processing:
We check your order and schedule your jobin accordance to your request and send you a immediate confirmation of receipt of your order, If you DONOT receive our order confirmation within 12 hours, it means we HAVENT received your order & you will have to submit ait again or send it to us by email click here to send us the order by email.

Planning Unit:
We have over 40 digitizers some specialize in small lettering, Some in Blending and some are very good at digitizing the intricate details.

The planning unit carefully analyzes your design and then assigns the designs(or parts of it to different digitizers)

Digitizing Unit:
The digitizers digitize the design in the best way possible to attain achieve minimum color changes and threadbreaks.

QC Unit 1:
The designs are sampled, Tweaked and resampled till we are sure of it running well on your machine We take your orders seriously!! Infact all cap designs are sampled ready caps to achive a perfect registration

Once we have the sample ready we check the design for the optimum path used as well as to avoid excessive trims and color changes.

In case of a major correction the designs are sent back to be resampled.

QC Unit 2:
Well as we all know 2 heads are better than one!! The Final checking unit, This unit rechecks the design or the resampled design + any of the details that the first team might have missed

Delivery:
The completed Design is uploaded to our website from where you can easily download it

Payments:
You can pay us by paypal or by credit card The payment has to be made befor you exhaust your credit limit (you will get automatic reminders when you exhaust 75% of your credit limit)
